Upon Acquiring a Sauropod

For us kids, next to the T. Rex, Sauropod (lizard foot) dinosaurs are the most recognizable. From the Flintstone’s “Dino,” to the logo of Sinclair Oil, the images of these huge beasties are a part of our culture.
Maryland’s official “state” dinosaur, Astrodon johnstoni, is a Sauropod.
In science fiction, the “veggie-saur,” a brachiosaurus to be precise, had a feature role in the first Jurassic Park movie.
My piece explores an aspect of the Sauropod – science fiction junction: Just what does one do, if one is able to, and does, acquire a living Sauropod?
